Our Principal
Mrs. Denise Tucker
Mrs.Tucker holds a B.S. in Education in Special Education and Elementary Education, as well as a M.Ed. degree in Administration. Mrs. Tucker began her career teaching gifted learning disabled students in Chevy Chase, MD, and then spent two years at a private school in Washington, D.C. She served as a Math and Science Coordinator and teacher for junior high and high school students who were learning disabled, emotionally disabled, and/or developmentally disabled.
After marriage, Mrs. Tucker moved with her new army husband, Mike, to Rome, New York where she was responsible for the operation of the Communication and Travel Training Classroom at the Jefferson Rehabilitation Center. When their family was assigned to Fort Campbell, Kentucky Mrs. Tucker taught at Norman Smith Elementary School in Clarksville where she was twice a member of the SACS accreditation team. She has been principal at Immaculate Conception School since its opening in August of 2000.
Mrs. Tucker and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters, Alexandra and Lauren, who attended ICS before moving on to high school.

Nancy Moran
I’m married with seven boys – some grown and moving on and three younger ones still at home. My Bachelor's Degree is in Elementary Education for grades K-8. In my spare time, I like to swim, ski, play games with children and go to children’s events. |
First Grade
Lisa Jasper
I’m married with one child - Alexandra. I have a B.S. in Education and a Masters of Education. I’ve taught Kindergarten and grades 1 to 5, as well as adults and college students. I like to travel, scrapbook, paint, and hang out on the golf course with my daughter. I also love a good book, sharing a meal with friends, traveling to new places, a good laugh and the beach! |

Carrie Stiglich
Our family is a military family and we have been in Clarksville since 2004. We have three daughters, Madisyn and Bailey, who both attend St. Mary's, and Sidney, who was born in December 2009. I am very excited to be part of the team helping your child experience growth spiritually, academically and personally. |

Kathy Kerchief
I received a B.A. in Secondary History Education from North Georgia College and State University in 2006 and continued my education at the University of Texas in San Antonio with an M.A. in History in 2008. I grew up in a military family and have lived all over the U.S. I love to travel, read and spend time outside and with family and friends. |
Fourth Grade
Stephanie Stafford
I’m married with three children—Grace is in high school, Noah and Katie are students here at ICS. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Sociology and I have my Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Certification for grades K-8. I like to read (Harry Potter is great!), ride bikes, watch football and old movies, listen to 80’s alternative music, and spend time with my family and friends. |

Jamie Pertl
My husband and I have two children, Josalyn and Austin, who currently attend ICS. I have a B.S. in Education and Geography, as well as an A.A. in Korean Language and Culture which I received while on active duty with the military, and I am currently pursuing a Master's in Special Education. Some of my favorite pasttimes include cooking, gardening, reading, running, yoga and home-improvement projects! |

Whitney Newsom
My husband, Joel and I are enjoying our first child – a daughter born in April 2009. We also have two “fur babies”, Misty and Rascal. I have my Elementary Education degree for grades K-8. I enjoy the computer, TV and movies plus spending time with friends and family. I also like Stephen King, Anne Rice, J.K. Rowling, Stephanie Meyers and Sudoku! |

Joyce Downey
My husband, Gregg, and I have two daughters in college. I have my Bachelor of Science degree and I was a regular substitute here at Immaculate Conception School for many years before taking the full-time position in 2006. I like sewing and gardening, relaxing with a good novel, swimming, talking and spending time with my two daughters. |

John-Travis Bussell
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Music: Voice, Choral Studies, and Professional Education from Austin Peay State University and have a K-12, highly certified, teaching licensure in both Kentucky and Tennessee. I look forward to getting to know you and your child in the upcoming weeks. We will have many wonderful experiences and opportunities to learn and grow in the days ahead! |

Nancy Diamond
I’m married with two children, and now a granddaughter too. I have my Bachelor of Fine Arts and Masters in Education degrees. I started as the art teacher when ICS opened in 2000 and became the librarian in 2006. In my spare time I like art (of course!), cooking, cleaning, singing, reading, dancing, swimming and watching sunsets. |

JP Hogan
I was born and raised in Clarksville, attending Clarksville High School and Austin Peay State University. Prior to returning to Immaculate Conception as P.E. teacher, I lived and coached football in Indiana. I am also an Assistant Football Coach at CHS, and enjoy watching pro and college football as much as possible! |

Josie Burns
My daughter, Jordan, and I share our home with two miniature schnauzers, Lucky and Titan, and a goldfish named Bubbles. I like to spend time with my daughter, watching her dance and grow. I like to read, sew, draw, scrapbook, and find exciting websites for my awesome students. I like a good laugh, good friends, being with the people you care about, the beach, the mountains and all of God’s creatures. |
